By creating an account, using the free audit tool, or embedding the widget, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Kalpavriksha SEO is operated by Kalpavriksha AI, an Australian business. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Kalpavriksha SEO provides automated SEO auditing tools, including on-page audits, backlink gap analysis, topic cluster research, question mining, and site crawling. Features available may change over time, and some features may be limited or unavailable depending on your plan.

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Free-tier use of the Service (including the public audit tools) is subject to rate limits and daily usage caps to prevent abuse. We may introduce, change, or remove plan tiers, features, and limits at any time; material changes affecting paid plans will be communicated in advance where practical.

You agree not to use the Service to: audit or crawl websites you do not own or have authorisation to test; attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls; use the crawler or audit tools against internal, private, or unauthorised network infrastructure; scrape or resell audit data at scale without permission; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

You retain ownership of the website data, URLs, and content you submit for auditing. You grant Kalpavriksha AI a licence to process that data solely to provide the Service to you (including sending relevant content to AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy).

If you connect your own Anthropic, OpenAI, Ahrefs, or SEMrush account, you are responsible for all usage and costs incurred under that account as a result of using the Service. We store connected keys encrypted, but you remain responsible for the security of the underlying third-party account.

Kalpavriksha SEO provides audit data, scores, and recommendations to help identify opportunities to improve your website. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic increases, lead volume, or any other business outcome. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms and market competition.

Kalpavriksha AI retains ownership of the Service, including its software, audit methodology, scoring systems, and underlying technology. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the platform to you.

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our reasonable control.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are breached, if required by law, or if continuing to provide access would create legal or security risk. You may stop using the Service, or request account deletion, at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kalpavriksha AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Service, including loss of data, business opportunity, or revenue. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith communication between the parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
